1)How can I pay for my shirt? Currently, we accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. If you don't have a credit card, please contact orders@lingotees.com and we'll see if we can arrange something. 2)Do you ship orders outside of the United States? Currently, we ship to the USA, Canada, The UK, American Samoa, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, The Bahamas, US Minor Outlying Islands. Please ask us if you live in another country; we may be able to ship to you. 3)How long will my order take to arrive? It depends on your shipping method. We offer UPS Ground Freight (5-7 days), UPS 2nd Day (2 days), and US Postal Service (7-14 days). International orders can take 2-3 weeks. 4)What size should I buy? American Apparel tends to run small. Take a look at the American Apparel size chart. 5)Why do some shirts cost more? At LingoTees we print on garments made available to us from different manufacturers including American Apparel and Gildan. These shirts vary in wholesale cost to us, and the higher-quality shirts costs a little more. Rest assured, all T-Shirts are printed on American Apparel. 6)What if I order the wrong size? Unworn/unwashed shirts can be returned for a $6 reshipping fee. Please email returns@lingotees.com if you want to return your order. 7)I have a funny idea for a shirt, can I sell it to you? We think it’s better if we just paid you in hundred dollar increments when we sell 67 shirts of yours. If you are part of an organization we will donate those proceeds back to the organization if you choose. 8)I design shirts, can I work with you? Maybe. We are always looking for new designers to work with. 9)How much is international shipping? International shipping starts at $12.49 for one shirt and about $2.50 for each additional shirt. All international orders are shipped regular parcel post.
